Instruction
- Fill in all the boxes “To be completed by the candidate”: p.3 to 6
- your choice of course 2012-2013
- the reply card p.3 and p.6
- all the sections on p.5 (why you have chosen this course, the final results obtained in CMA courses in 2011-2012)
- Please note : each section must be completed
- Indicate clearly the course you have chosen : day, hour, level, school
- p.3 : do not fill in the space reserved for Administration.
- Please stick a postage stamp on the reply card.
- This reply card will be returned to you by post to inform you of your acceptance.
- Please note:
- Pages 3 to 6 must be posted to the school where the course you are interested in will be held
- Any other form of contact will not be considered.
- You must return your completed application no later than Monday,
- 10th September, 2012.
- After that date you will be sent the reply card which you will have already completed
- and stamped.
- Please note:
- For some courses (French and technical diplomas) you will be called for interviews and tests before the starting date of the course, which begins on 1st October, 2012.
- These interviews and tests are obligatory. Their results will determine your acceptance.
